These are easy to take (and chew) and taste good. I believe they are helping. I am taking these for my high blood pressure and when I went to the doctor this week my blood pressure reading was 20 points lower than last time. Still needs to be lower but this is very promising.

I am on my second 120pc bag now. This stuff has been working great and has definitely boosted some energy. I don’t really track my blood pressure because it’s usually fine, I just take this to help overall. I also do over the road trucking and started taking it just to be a healthy boost along with a diet change given I am stationary a lot. Overall I definitely recommend this product and my blood pressure, regardless of being good, has still reduced a few points.
