Happy with my purchase.
The watch looks nice and fits well. I can actually make phone calls from it, although you need to have the volume on your phone turned up all the way to hear the other person. There is no volume control on the watch. If you’re in a noisy place it would be difficult to hear. But, I have my phone with me, so I don’t really need the watch too make a call, but it’s nice to know that I can if I want to. I like the sleep tracker function. The watch holds its charge for a long time. I charge it about once a week. I am surprised that for its low price, it actually can do quite a lot. I like that you do not have to purchase a subscription for it, like you have to for some devices. It is easy to use and quick to set up. I also like being able to read my text messages on it.

Good as a watch, supplemental information good, step counter inaccurate
I have not worn a watch for many many years. So I wasn't going to drop a lot of money on something I might not wear for more than a few days.I bought the watch with the gold strap. This did not work very well. It kept getting caught and slipping off. Fortunately, the company had also provided a (pink) silicone strap. This worked properly. After a while, I began to like the pink color. It matches the 'background' and makes the watch less of a glaring statement. Unlike my experiences a long time back, I found this very comfortable and was able to wear it 24/7 without any issues. The battery is frugal and only required charging while showering. The watch comes with an app which has previously had some pretty negative reviews. However, once you get over some of its quirks, it is not too bad. The exercise videos are well organized. I don't know how good they are as exercise (not my area of expertise), but having well organized ones you can actually do is better than not doing any. One really odd thing about them is the bug that only displayed 1/3 of the video screen on my tablet. To fix that, start in portrait mode; then press the little change aspect icon in top right; then rotate screen to landscape. Strange, but it works every time. The blood pressure, pulse, and O2 seem sufficiently accurate. The step counter, however, was way off for me. Perhaps I fidget too much, or whatever, but it is not even close to being what it should be. That likely explains why this product has so many returns. If you want an accurate step counter, this might not be it [Update: While walking, it seems ok, but it clocks up all sorts of things while not active]. I went and bought another watch that was much better for this aspect. There are things to like and dislike on both watches, so I am keeping both of them. The watch faces on the Nexa are more to my liking, and a couple of other things I prefer. The menu structures and features make this agreeable as a watch. They work well, and don't require more than a few minutes to get used to them. The timer, alarms, and similar were all easy to use. I liked the 5-day weather. (The alarm time, has to be set in the app, but can be tre-riggered in the watch). The timer has several one-button options, such a 5 minutes, 15 minutes etc. They have a varied range of watch face styles. A few good ones in there.Like a lot of these products, there are a lot of "why didn't they..." thoughts that come to mind, but none are especially show-stopping. Just a commentary on the s/w design process that lacks creativity and independence of thought to come up with better implementations. All in all, a nice watch. The step counter seems to count when it shouldn't, but seems more or less on target while actually walking.

Great Smartwatch, Just not so good with vital sign accuracy.
Overall, did not serve the purpose we were mainly looking for. For us personally it was not accurate with regards to vital signs which were the most important to us, especially HR. Often times it would be nowhere near the rate we took radially and the BP was off by far (which we suspected, I don’t think I’ll ever quite trust any brand of a watch to take a proper BP haha). Its looks are extremely cute, vibrant colors, fits nice, was an easy set up and connected to our phones great. Screen is nice and easy to read. Battery life was good. If you’re looking for a wallet friendly smartwatch it’s definitely that. I’d just say if your main focus is monitoring your vitals during activity or even at rest I would invest in a different watch.

Don't buy another Fitbit!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this fitness watch! I was a loyal Fitbit user for over a decade and often recommended the brand—even though my watches typically only lasted 2–3 years. After spending so much and still not getting all the features I needed, I decided to try a non-major brand on Amazon, and I’m so glad I did. This watch is impressively accurate for sleep tracking, oxygen levels, and blood pressure. It pairs with the Da Fit app, which includes a wide variety of free video workouts that sync seamlessly with the watch. One standout feature is the phone functionality—the call quality is clear, and I can answer calls and play music directly from the watch. My Fitbit never offered that!If you're open to stepping away from big-name brands, this watch is absolutely worth considering. It offers great value, excellent features, and a refreshing alternative to more expensive options.

Battery Drains VERY Fast
Unfortunately, I may have had a defective battery. I've had this watch less than a week and today the battery died after charging last evening and prior to that I had to charge it as the battery life was running out faster than I'm used to for ANY smart watch. I will request an exchange to give it another chance as it IS a beautiful watch with all the functions that are important to ME. The band was a little challenging; however, once I got the flow of the nuisance of the band it was all good until the battery life running out faster than a speeding bullet ;-)
