Great for chocolate!
If you’re looking to use this silicone for chocolate I recommend! There were very few of the chocolate that came out perfect and all intact but most did have one ear or two pop off which you can retract with other melted chocolate nothing too difficult.

Cute but not amazing
The ears will not stay attached so the shrek heads do not come out right. It's a cute idea but it doesn't work well.

IMPOSSIBLE to get out an entire head without it breaking
While I don't consider myself an expert in chocolate, I do have a good amount of experience in using chocolate in molds. If I weren't so desperate to find a mold for a Shrek cask party cake, I would not have made this purchase. However, there were not many options, so purchase I did.I used candy melts, which allowed me to try once, fail, and try again with the same chocolate. Upon my second "fail," I jury-rigged a solution. Each time I tried, no matter what I did, at least one "ear" cracked as I attempted to get the chocolate out. I tried to fill the mold at varying levels, I tried to get the chocolate out directly out of the fridge, after letting sit for a bit, using hot water on the other side to loosen it a bit, using a hair dryer, and using an instrument (similar to a toothpick, but thinner) around the ears to release any suction. NONE of these worked. My hack? For any ears that cracked off, I used a hair dryer to slightly melt the cracked edge and "glue" it back on. It was a good fix, but not perfect. And, it took a LOT of time. So if you are as desperate as I was, this will do. Otherwise, avoid this. Look for something much more shallow! This mold is WAY TOO DEEP to be effective without problems.

Does not work and it's no wonder why there is no pictures of the finish molds. None of the chocolate comes out right and it's extremely small small. Will be requesting a refund right now!!!!!!!@
