Amazing sensory aid
These massage balls are amazing for pain-seeking sensory needs. They either squeeze into your skin or roll on your body, a good sensory grounding skill. Also, you get a good range of different sizes and balls.

Excellent value for money , comes in its own yellow bag to so great for storage . Been using for foot issues and siatica , they have been really helping

Hard plastic and a large marble
I bought this set to replace some other spiky massage balls I gave away. My old balls were rubber and although hard, they were also flexible and seemed to withstand the pressure from putting one's full bodyweight on them very well, and I could roll on them even using very heavy pressure.These new massage balls are hard, rigid plastic, and yet they are hollow in the middle, meaning they squash down and stop rolling when putting one's full bodyweight on them, lessening their therapeutic effect.It's a bit hard to describe, but when you put your full bodyweight on these, they just get wedged between your body and the hard surface they're on, and will just stay in the same spot against your body without being able to roll. So deep tissue release is not an option with the plastic balls.There is also one ball in the set which I can only describe as a very large marble – it appears to be made out of stone.I think the plastic balls will eventually split apart.Will still do the job somewhat if used lightly, but I am not sure how long these will hold up with consistent use. I definitely prefer my old rubber ones over these. Hence the 3 stars.To be fair, the marble might last a lifetime.

lots of variety
Really happy with the variety of shapes and sizes. Perfect for massaging out the njggles in the back

Very hard with no give
I don’t really think these are massage balls, they are totally solid, no give at all. even hard massage/Pilates spikes are supposed to have pliability. Returning for a refund.

Lovely spikey balls
A few selections which will help me at my yoga classes and when at home.Seem very sturdy right now lets see how they stand up over time
