Not Genuine Braun product. Made to look like a genuine product but are a cheap knock-off. These are not very good. Used them once and they did not work well at all.Blades did not cut well. (Order a genuine Braun product for the best results)

This product is marketed as a replacement for your Braun Series 9 shaver. Upon installing it, I noticed that it sounded much louder than the old genuine Braun head I was replacing. When trying to shave, the hairs would get caught in the foil; however, the blades do not appear to be close enough to the foil, because the shave quality was horrible. Do not recommend it at all...replaced immediately with a genuine Braun replacement.

this not a bran product. does not cut, rips your face. installed my old one to get a shave. Amazon should be ashamed to list this.

If this is a real Braun product, then their product quality has gone done hill. It cut nothing like the original shave head. I use to get a quick smooth shave with my razor, now it a slow poor shave at best. I can shave with a standard bladed razor in half the time with superior quality.

Looked up the correct item for my shaver, now it runs like new.

The packaging AND the product description were created to fool the buyer into thinking it’s a genuine Braun part - IT IS NOT! I was fooled and purchased it and the product is AWEFUL! I replaced it with a genuine Braun shaver head and it is SO MUCH better! DO NOT BUY THIS!

My husband shaves with it every day; he loves his Braun shaver! This is our second replacement, (in many years); they last great. He’d be lost without it!
