Kijaro Coast Portable Beach Breeze Hammock with Cup Holders and Pillow

My family thought I was nuts when I bought the hammock for the beach. I had to fight to use the hammock. Light, easy to set up and very comfortable!!!

I assembled the hammock by myself in my garage, and that is quite a work out. New, out of bag, and not stretched, getting the fabric to the support hooks with no tool-very difficult. Like a 9 of 10 difficult. I didn't want to be that family, setting up a tent for the first time out camping. Reading the instructions without a clue. Funny/tragic.The 5" spread on the end hooks prevent the hammock roll-and-dump typical with a single end-point connection. If you put your hand on the center curved support on the opposite side of your butt, to prevent the roll-over, getting in is not bad. Getting out with my bad knees-a little more difficult.It will make a nice addition to our motor home. We carry a premium inflatable kayak for the calm water, and now a hammock for the under-tree naps.The stitching is attractive and substantial and the fabric appears sturdy. A worthy addition to our travels.edit: Instructions say to use the included two 'S' hooks for the first couple assemblies to make putting it together easier.

What a great hammock to bring to the beach. It's really comfortable, as comfortable as a hammock can be that is.Has nice mesh so air flows underneath and laying on it doesn't get my back all hot and sweaty. I like the cup holders so I don't have to put my thermos glass into the sand.What I really like to use this for is bathing my dogs. Because it hurts my back so much to bend over, we have one person sit on the hammock (going to get wet), and the other person, usually me, stand with the hose. We place the dog on the hammock and begin washing. The mesh allows the soap and water to run through, the hammock raises the dog up to a more reachable height and I'm sitting right there so it's not such a strain on my back.My daughter in law is going to love this when they come down to visit us. She loves laying out and getting some sun while she's here in the south. As easy as this hammock is to open up and repack into the nice carry bag, she can get it up, do her sun tanning, then get it put back up when she's done.I also like the convenience of this hammock. Can bring it out into the yard to relax under the shade of a tree on these hot summer days. Can bring it to our family picnics where a child can take a quick nap. Can bring to the beach and not have to worry about laying on the sand. Have it on our patio for bathing dogs or just for the kids to lay on while we're having our night time coffee out there.Putting this together was really easy. The frame is already put together. I just had to fold it out then lock the pins into the frame. Now, stretching the mesh hammock onto the frame was a bit of a workout. It's very tight because it's new. The more times you put on and take off the hammock, the easier it will be to do so.Well worth the money for the convenience and multiple uses of this hammock.

Weight Limit: 250 poundsThis is a very comfortable hammock. The mesh fabric, down the middle, allows air to flow around your back so it’s not too sweaty. It is fairly stable although you could still tip yourself out if you move to the side fast. It is about 12” above the ground when you are in it & maybe 24” before you sit.There is very little assembly. The frame is all put together & you just fold it out & then lock the included pins in to the frame (to hold the frame steady). Putting the hammock on the frame the first time is HARD. It is very tight even when using the 2 included S-hooks. I recommend you use the S-hooks for a time or two, until the hammock stretches a bit. It gets easier to put the hammock on the frame the more you use it.The 2 S-hooks go on one end. Make sure you hook the other end on the stationary hooks first, then hook the S-hook end. It will make it a little easier.The pillow attaches with a plastic clasp so it doesn’t fall off the hammock.The fabric is a poly mesh & poly woven fabric. Easily washed if it gets dirty & quick to dry.The frame is aluminum so will not rust & is lightweight.It all fits neatly in a handy carry sack and the whole thing is not very heavy so easy to take to the beach or wherever.

This Kijaro Coast Breeze Hammock is well made and quite comfortable once properly set up. We spend a lot of time camping and enjoy hammocks (this is our 4th) when relaxing under the trees.The hammock is portable but not really made for hiking due to the weight and bulk. It took two of us to set it up the first time and we did need to use the "S" hooks to get it secured to the frame. Subsequent setups were a lot easier and could be done solo. I like the built in cup holders!Highly Recommended!CFH

This hammock comes with a storage carry bag. The hammock came and was too short to fit within the frame. I added a few links from a left over chain. I kept rereading the directions to make sure I did everything right and I did.

Yes the hammock looks nice yes it looks like it would be easy to assemble but nooooo the actual hammock you lay on is about 6 inches too small to reach the frame hoooks the manufacturer must be aware of this problem because they included 2 additional s hooks to bridge the gap but even with the additional s hooks the hammock is about 4 inches away from the hook I guess if you want to risk the hammock to rip you could have Arnold swsternager come over and pull it together but I expect the because it is so tight the hammock would be stiff as a board which should allow you to lye with your head and feet higher than abdomen terrible experience don’t buy this product unless you late or live with a body builder:-(
