Suggested Use: Step 1: Coat applicator brush generously with GrandePRIMER. Step 2: Apply one to two coats of GrandePRIMER to clean lashes in an upward motion as you would mascara, base to tips. Beauty Tip: When using with GrandeMASCARA, try applying GrandePRIMER on one eye first and then immediately follow with GrandeMASCARA without moving on to the next eye.
