Works pretty good so far
Haven’t been using it too long but seeing a noticeable difference in my fine lines at my eye bags after daily use.

Interesting
Serum has micro silica particles to minic microneedling. I've used a few of these type of serums and im on the fence on whether I like them or not. I patted on some of the serum and i do notice there is a mild "prickly" type of sensation that lasts even after I applied a follow up essence. i do think the particles help to allow products to better penetrate the skin. There was no obvious irritation or redness after use although the serum does have a dark coloring. I did like the addition of antioxidants in this version. There is no strong scent or fragrance.

Great Serum for Smooth and Bright Skin
Came well packed and in time. This one is a very good serum that helps make skin look smooth and bright. It feels light and absorbs quickly without leaving any stickiness. The serum works well to reduce wrinkles and makes the skin feel firmer. It also helps with redness and gives a nice healthy glow. This serum is easy to use and suits all skin types. It really helps improve the skin’s texture and leaves the face looking fresh and glowing. A great choice for anyone wanting to keep their skin young and radiant.

Spicule serum
This is the second time I’ve used a spicule product. And I have done micro-needling before. This serum isn’t as uncomfortable as either… The spicules are supposedly facilitating better absorption of skincare actives by poking teeny tiny holes in your skin with a dry marine sponge, that later (within hours) dissolves completely. If you ever slid down a winding fiberglass slide (or it’s poles) as a kid, then found your thighs/ forearms red and tingling from the itty bitty fiberglass slivers embedded in your skin… it feels like a whisper of that, but not nearly as irritating or long lasting. So theoretically this is helping to get the biggest bang for your buck on your skin treatments. Including some other good ingredients in this dragon blood product itself. It feels nourishing, and somehow the red color contributes psychologically to that feeling.I would be hesitant to combine potentially irritating products together… just like when microneedling, I baby my skin instead of layering on peels and acids. There are different levels of spicule containing products… I don’t know if that means more, harder, larger, or all of the above. But if you’re new to this type of product, I’d start with the lowest level first and see how you like it.

I don’t think my sensitive skin is the right type for this product!
I think it is my sensitive skin, because I really wanted to LOVE this, but this is too harsh for me, unfortunately. I believe that any “reedle” product must be too harsh for my skin, since I have used another one from another company and both gave me the same reaction of a “rosacea” like breakout all over. This is unfortunate since the benefits of this product are wonderful and I do love the benefits of cica on my skin. If you don’t have very sensitive skin like I do, you may really enjoy this product and have a much better experience. Hopefully it is because of my sensitive skin. I do suggest doing a patch test as the company recommends.

From nervous to a convert
I was initially intimidated by the "reedle shot" due to its new technology and lack of long-term research. It uses tiny silica needles (“reedles”) that embed in the skin to create micro-channels, allowing deeper absorption of active ingredients. Since they stay in the skin until naturally shed, there's no "emergency stop" if irritation occurs once this is applied, which is something to keep in mind for those with sensitive skin. This version (the second-lowest intensity VT Cosmetics offers) includes dragon’s blood for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. It's a thick, brick-red, almost brown gel that absorbs well without lasting stickiness. I only experienced a very mild tingle after a few minutes of applying and slight redness, which quickly faded. After use, my skin felt smooth and looked refreshed. While I still have some concerns about long-term effects, I’m pleasantly surprised by how effective and gentle it was. The price is reasonable for what you get, and I’d consider repurchasing and trying other types in the line.Verdict: Despite my initial hesitation, I really like the results and would likely buy this again (and possibly try another variation of reedle shot from the available options, of which there are quite a few). The value is quite good, considering the amount you get and the price of other skincare products with similar effects. I hope more research is done in the future, but for now, it works well for me at a good value.

Great mild micro-needling serum
This is a great beginner's micro-needling serum. In additional to the reedle shot, it has added antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits. As with any skincare I would highly suggest patch testing, but especially for something like a micro-needling serum that may cause issues for those with sensitive skin. The serum dispenses as a semi thick and dark gel but applies easily and absorbs pretty quickly. I didn't notice any residue. Personally, I didn't feel anything when I applied it, but my partner confirmed that there was a mild tingling sensation that dissipated very quickly. This did leave my skin feeling refreshed, so I think it's a great introduction to micro-needling serums for anyone who is interested but isn't sure how their skin will react. If you are an experienced user, I would probably look for a more concentrated formula.

Pricey but works well
This Red Booster Reedle Shot by BT COSMETICS is something I wouldn't normally consider but decided to give it a shot. It seems to help my skin and works pretty well. It is pricey and I'm not sure that I'll continue using it after this is gone but I leave that decision for when I've finished the bottle.
