Mighty Bright eFlex Clip-On Reading Light for Kindle (Black)

I bought this like for my Kindle 4, and I can summarise by saying that it is brilliant. It comes straight away with batteries included, so it is ready to light up straight away, and what a light. The bendable neck allows you to position it perfectly for you with ease, and the clip does no damage to your kindle at all, even without a case. The light itself is very bright, and you can adjust the neck to bring it closer for added brightness. There is no glare coming from the light, and I believe it is easier to read with this light rather than outside or in the light. I often prefer to go to a dark room with all the lights out, and use this as it allows me to see everything clearer, and makes the words on the page stand out more than a lamp or house light would.I would recommend anyone with a kindle to buy this straight away, as from what I can see, it is a must have accessory for any kindle owner.Also, it is also useful as a normal light, for seeing under beds or sofas, and for looking in small surfaces, and the clip allows it to be useful for a light for DIY, instead of having to hold a torch.10/10

This is a very nice little light, it is easily positioned, and you can have it far enough away that it is not causing a glare off of the screen.The clip happily and easily fits over my  Kindle 3 Faux Leather Book-style Case by Sleeve (Black)  and the clip is not too tight so that when I take it off of the case after having spent a few days on it, it has not left a permanent indent in the case, but is tight enough that it wont fall off easily.It takes 2 CR2032 button batteries, which are cheap and easy to order on here, they seem to last longer than 24 hours though, I reckon that the 24 hour estimate is if you leave it on constantly, I am sure I have used it for longer that 24 hours, as I also use it as a night time torch for those midnight visits to use the 'facilities' when you don't want to put on any lights and this little light gives a nice light and gives you plenty of light to see your way safely to the Loo.

I ordered this "Mini" clip on reading light for my kindle.It was sold with a "buy together suggestion" with lithium panasonic batteries. so I bought them - and it doesn't take these batteries. so waste of money. it just takes normal AAA - it says when I look closer at the description it is AAA required. but I did assume the combined suggestion would be the batteries that fit the light. though some reviewers say coin type - so perhaps the model I got isnt the same. or been changed. either way a waste of money for 2 strips of batteries and not fair to the seller - which is not Amazon to send them back for a small amount.or worth the hassle. Also says it is a mini clip on - it doesnt fit like my old one - sadly broken - it fitted in the spine of the case - so case could shut and lamp stay attached. this doesnt fit the spine of the case - clips clumsily over the case and kindle which is a stretch with the clip strained and wide open.clip isnt going to last.. or stay on my looks of it. Finally it says on the box that battery will last 9 hours. my old one with coins batteries lasted well longer - only changed every 3/4 weeks. - so pain to change frequently.so not good with a case either. disappointing all round.I bought because of good reviews but either changed the model - or maybe not being used with a case.either way - need to buy something more suitable in terms of battery life and fits my kindle with the case.

This does exactly what it says on the tin... Really useful little light that provides plenty of illumination for reading in the dark (without disturbing your partner!!). It is flexible and well made. One potential note of caution though: due to being separate, the light could be damaged in transit e.g. if you take it on your hols. The lights built directly into a case obviously benefit from more protection. That said, its not caused me any probs and I would recommend it to anyone. One final point - prior to buying this clip on light I bought a cheaper version (from Asda I think). It was useless as it kept slipping off the kindle - however, this product grips the kindle firmly.

I bought this light to replace the mighty bright which I have had for about 2 years,it had started to flash on and off. As I had 10 x 2032 button batteries left and I assumed, wrongly, that as these batteries were advertised alongside with the statement "frequently bought together" that these were used in the light, NOT SO it uses a AAA battery. I AM FURIOUS but no doubt no-one will care, they have got the money and will use the excuse that I should have trawled down the page where it did say 1AAA. I defy anyone not to be taken in by the advertising of this product. I also had to replace the battery ,almost immediatly,which came with this light as it was okay for a couple of minutes when switched on but would then start to fade so I could hardly see to read.

I got a Kindle for chrsitmas and it had no built in light ,so i thought if i bought the mini flex clip on lightit would be ideal for what i wanted and not to heavy as my friend had previously purchaed the mini flex and recommended it.The light is bright, the text is very clear and precise it clips on perfectly to my kindle which has a cover on it to protect it .I find it very flexible and easy to attach and bends to suit your reading needs.All you need for the mini flex is 2 AA batteries,my mini flex is still Working and i have had my light from Janaury and read over 20 books so far .i cant recommend it enough ideal in bed for reading at night and no shine or shadows from the mini flex,whilst using it in dark areas.I love this accessory hope it works for you also..rebecca mills
