Grey's Anatomy - Season 1-8 Complete [DVD]

Great value boxset of this medical drama. Fast paced, engaging characters which mainly run on through the series - a few get killed off along the way and new ones join, but just as you'd expect in this type of long running drama. Set around five medical students and their journeys through qualifying and practicing in a busy hospital with chaotic personal lives. I loved this until about series 10 and then it started to become increasingly unbelievable and repetitive, like most good series they would do well to end on a high.... But this box set to series 8 was quite addictive to get through.

This has been one of my favourite TV shows!You get to watch the characters journey, and how they develop in life!From being fresh, young, and some what naive interns. To residents.The show starts with some form of moral, or emotional talk. Often by Meredith Grey. I don't take this as advice being thrown at me about how to live my life. Some people do, I am not sure why. It's her characters life and learning from her view point. Or some times they use another characters.Shonda Rhimes brings a lot of heart and emotion to the episodes. Some will have you near to tears, or in tears! There is tragedy, love, romance, divorce, disasters... and more! All this on top of some heart felt medical cases! This is not House M.D, so it's not a complex mystery each episode. It's a bit of medicine and a lot of drama! Oh, and some hot docs ;)Great for a girls night in!Get it while it's cheap! Great offer for £56.99! I am sure this will go up in price as the last did! So glad I waited and got this set!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my fiance, she absolutly loves it, we are now almost finished with Season 6 and overally its great, very good price for such alot of great TV, the series really does tug at the heart strings (even for a bloke). Iv heard of some people having to stop watching Grey's Anatomy due to some episodes being to much to deal with or too upsetting, I can see why, but most times in a good way, this is up there with the best in Tv and American TV series, very good buy, what are you waiting for?

I've only recently started watching GA, but I really got into it. So I love this.The episodes are a mess though. According to IMDB, there are onlu 9 epidoes in Series 1. There are 14 in the discs for Season 1 though. Series 2 is out of sync accordingly. Episode 16 of series 2, is episode 11 in the season 2 set of discs ... Annoying.Oh, there aren't any episode guides either.

I only ordered this box set a month ago and have already watched it through twice. Having not seen more then 2 episodes before I wasn't sure what I was about to get myself into. I loved it all, from the on screen chemistry to the rivalry between the characters.This was very addictive viewing and now I can't wait to get the next season asap.A must for people who love a good mix of strongly written characters who the writers let clash and grow together well while all the time adding well paced medical drama in to the mix.

I watched the first couple of series of Greys anatomy when they first came out on TV, however I slowly stopped due to other commitments. I purchased this box set to get myself back into it and was glad I did! The stories lines are fun, providing a good mix of emotions for the viewer. Introduction of new cast members and departure of old ones is well thought out (this usually causes me to loose interest). A highly recommended series with enjoyable twists and turns, drama and excitement.

Now that I can't get this programme on terrestrial telly, I had to invest and decided to go back to the start and get this full series boxed set. So glad I did. It's wonderful to go back to how it all started and see the relationships forming again. Yes I can remember some of it, but there are also ones I either missed, or just can't recall. It doesn't matter, it is just great to dip in and out whilst doing the ironing!

I am absolutely gutted after waiting ages for the complete boxset 1-8 (because i had to send the complete 1-6 back twice) to find the same problem had occured with season 6. Disc 1 and 3 wont play. I am now considering getting season 6 seperately because no doubt the same problem would occur again if a replacement was sent like last time. I urge anyone to check to see if all the discs work whether its for you or if its meant to be a present like mine was all the three times and i only vetted the discs because I didnt want my sister to be disappointed for xmas like she was on her birthday

cet article ne m'a pas plu mais ce n'est pas a cause de la serie mais tout simplement parce que la saison une et deux sont en francais et les autres en anglais avec sous titre anglais impossible de les voir en francais et il aurait fallut savoir que (import anglais) pouvait signifier que tous les episodes n'etaient pas en francais seulement ça ça n'est pas mentionné

Molto bello! Arrivato dopo una settimana direttamente dall'Inghilterra, contiene i cofanetti singoli di tutte le 8 stagioni. E' un bel cofanetto, compatto e colorato!Nel cofanetto della prima stagione il disco 4 comprende i primi 5 episodi della seconda stagione, e sono in inglese. Il cofanetto della seconda stagione è interamente in inglese. Il resto è tutto in italiano. Consiglio di comprare a parte la seconda stagione con la lingua italiana, come ho fatto anch'io. A questo prezzo, è molto conveniente per chi come me vuole rivedersi le puntate di questo magnifico show!

esta bien aunque no me gusta que la primera temporada solo esté en ingles, por lo demás la calidad es buena

Trotz der Tatsache das in der Produktbeschreibung Region 2 steht, weigert sich mein nagelneuer Blue-Ray die Disks abzuspielen. Von daher würde ich eher raten, dass nur Leute sich diese DVDs kaufen, die einen "Region freien" Player haben, bzw. dies über den Computer machen wollen. Bin etwas enttäuscht, deshalb die Sternezahl.

ero scettica ma ho provato...ed ora ne sono entusiasta...prezzo e qualità eccellenti...lo consiglio a tutti gli appassionati della serie...e vi assicuro...tutti gli episodi sono anche in italiano!!!!!!!!!!
