It is easy to cook, and doest take to mucho time

The media could not be loaded. Great quality! I have struggled with tapioca pearls dissolving. Trick is put these in a rolling boil and keep it running on a strong boil for 12 mins atleast stirring and then letting it sit until they are all transparent. Then I added ice to stop the boil as I rinsed them a few time for Mango sago.

I ordered these tapioca pearls to make tapioca pudding with tapioca pieces larger than the small size available in the Minute Tapioca available in the grocery stores. The size of these pearls is just right, being closer to the size you get in commercially made tapioca pudding. For the recipe I was using, I got the best result by presoaking the pearls for 30 minutes.

I was looking for the island brand the old kind of large tapioca, but this works just as well. I use it to make tapioca pudding.

This product was great to use for a mango sago recipe. The tapioca pearls were the perfect texture and tasted delicious with the mango blend.However after making the Sago, i noticed a cancer causing label, and had to throw them out.Would not be purchasing again.WARNING: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including Lead and Cadmium, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
