Hi All, I can't praise this company enough. I have had one of these Keyloggers for over a year now and due to my own stupidly I was trying to read the information on it incorrectly even though I had done it many times correctly in the past. I emailed the company and awaited the 3 working days reply. Well within 30 mins my mobile was ringing and the company and I am assuming the boss called me and talked me through a few things and he made me realise my mistake...talk about a support service, I would recommend this company to anyone.
