2025 PREMIUM PRODUCT TruFlame 36inch White Wall Mounted Electric Fire with 10 colour Flames (Pebbles, Logs and Crystals)!

Ordered monday came wednesday!! wow! unpacked and turned it on, colours are nice the red, greem yellow purplish a nice flame effect!!!! the weird multi colours is a bit strange tho but my house is funky so prob look ok, the heat is great two setting's no noise, remote is fine, for the price and all the features a bloody bargain, it sitting on the floor at mo as hubby is away but cant wait for it to be on the fireplace wall, this cant be put on a wall with a tv above ad the heat is out the top, i think they all look odd on same wall of tv as this needs to be on its own to be admired!! The service was great great customer services! Amazing i prefer the wood left in didnt think it looked so real with the crystal stones

I don't write many reviews but I felt like I needed to to let anyone thinking of getting this know that, yes, it is loud when the heater is on! you're not going to be relaxing with a book in a snug room with that jet engine going off. Other than that its all ok.

I am really pleased with this electric fire; it can be mounted on the wall with the supplied bracket and three screws, or mounted on the supplied stand.The look of the fire can be customised with three options, each which sit in the front of the unit; crystals, white stones and a single log made of plastic, so you can customise the look. I went with the crystals as I liked the way they reflected the light.The unit comes with a remote, or you can use the touch controls on the fire itself. The fire has a choice of different flame colours and brightness settings. The fire has a timer setting so you can set when it turns off, and of course has a two speed fan heater.Very pleased with how cosy this makes the room feel, especially with the other lights off, now the winter is here, see the photos

Lovely fire replaced one at 3 times the price and has more features I'm well pleased ordered the wrong one and had to get in touch with the company to cancel nothing was to much bother gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks but it was here in 3 days super easy to install and looks brilliant A1 👏

Hi Thankyou so much for your quick delivery, unfortunately it doesn’t work , when you turn it on all the lights on the fire keep flashing, dosent appear to be working and you can’t turn it off unless you switch it off by the wall plug switch . Please could I have a replacement. Thank you .

Very pleased with this fire.Good clean streamline contemporary look on wall. Easy to install. Love the different light affects. Heat comes from top of fire so not suitable to put tv directly above it.

There are so many options, very modern and it looks fab in our bedroom. I like it However, there are two reasons why I don't give 5 out of 5. Among the so many options, there is no real fire coloured option, so it's not like my other electric fire, which looks very realistic, it doesn't look like real flames. The closest colour to fire has prism-like flames, so like small rainbow are coming out of it. The other reason is, it is a tad noisy when the heating is on.
