Nothing is trickier that flipping fish on the grill.The basket holds up to three fish and is made of heavy gauge non-stick coated metal. The two sides latch together to hold the fish securely. Grill on one side and when ready use the Rosewood Handles to flip the fish to grill the other side. Hangs by loop in handle for easy storage.

After 1 use the mesh is already rusty. Material used for the mesh is thin. There are other products that cost the same price and built better. It served its purpose. Not worth it
