Great stuff
Better than any silicone or ordinary caulk. This stuff is very sticky and durable.

I installed tracks for solar panels on the roof of my RV This product works great to seal. Automatically spreads out and seals well

Terrible
This applied like marshmallows. No self leveling. Waste of money did not work at all.

Easy to use. You must have surface very clean. It didn't self level like I was expecting. After first rain I had to reseal. It didn't stick in all places. It may have been do to not being clean enough.

Must be really old
It must be really old stock as it is far thicker than normal. Will probably need to remove it all and redo as it's not leveling. Will give it a day or so.
