It's impossible to find B complexes that are in reasonable doses, instead of extreme mega doses. This formulation is more reasonable than most. It doesn't have too much B6, which can cause nerve damage at high doses.

The bad the dropper has no markings and if you have time to count drops into your mouth you have more time than me. I had a dropper from another brand and use that. Its a thicker consistency so had to get exact so I don't expect to get the correct servings

We threw this away. We didn’t use it immediately because I ordered it to replace the previous bottle. By the time we started using it, it was not able to be returned. We kept the bottle out of the heat but assume that it was left in the heat during delivery. Too expensive to buy and throw away.
