MG Chemicals 8329TCM-6ML Thermal Conductive Adhesive, Medium Cure, 0.2 oz Dual Syringe

I followed the instructions and was very careful on mixing, surface prep and application yet didn't end up working as expected. After hardening and curing up for twice the required time, the bond was sub-par, easily removed with finger pressure. Upon inspection it didn't seem to dry as an adhesive but more of a concrete or mortar like appearance and feel. Sufficed to say I ended up just JB welding the sensor to the gear case instead - couldn't be happier.

Worked well but did not come with any instructions at all. What it did come with was a bunch of hazardous, melt your face dangerous it is if you get any on your skin. I only assumed that you mixed them together 50/50 and from reading other reviews to wait like 12 hrs or something for it to set up. Once it did though, it was good to go.

This is an excellent adhesive and it's very thermally conductive. I used it to attach some heat sinks where straps wouldn't work. I kept the bond line thin and ended up with good bond strength and excellent heat flow. Highly recommend this to others.

I am using this to adhere recessed magnets in a 3D printers heated bed and this stuff is way easier to deal with than arctic silvers equivalent.

I have used it for led heatsinks. Very strong, keeps my grow lights cool.
