Out of the box - very nice. Please note that there is a film protector on the screen and you will swear that I am wrong - it is hard to see (dig lightly with a pin in a corner and start to peel off - don't go probing deep, just the surface). Once the film is gone, the display looks better and the touch is much better. People are complaining about the minimal memory, but none of the dirt cheap tablets have any memory - buy a 32GB Micro for $12 for Gods sake! I did, it works fine. The 1GB RAM is normal for this price point (at this point in time). Google play store works perfect (that's usually another problem with cheap tablets). All of the other Google stuff is preloaded. Battery life seems very good (so far) - standby for days. I'm not completely sure that it has GPS, though it suggests that it does. The sound speakers are low and poor sound (two of them though...and Bluetooth). The screen looks very good, but it is very sensitive to angle (the worst I have seen) and no HDMI port. Another USB port would be nice (when a single wears out - throw it away (though 1 is normal for this price). Processor speed seems fine, but I am not a "power" user. The cameras (2) are normal too, no the worst that I have seen (I don't like that it is in the corner...I like it in the middle). Very little manual, bur it does tell you how to do a reset. Can't comment on reliability at this time.

Don't waste your money. This tablet is marketed as 16gb. However the memory is partitioned in such a way that you can only use 2gb of it to download apps. The rest is for photos, music, etc. The only way around this is to root your device, which is risky. You are dishonest and a disgrace to market this item as a 16gb. I wasted my money and will never buy from you again.

pro's it looks pretty.Con's :there is not enough space to update the software installed on it.there is not 16 gb of useable storage spacethere is not 1 gb of ram useableFORGET loading your apps from google play onto it.i WANT TO return this item to amazon as it is unfit for it's original intended use.

It doesn't come with google play and was a pain to get installed. Operating system is foreign to what I'm used to. Takes some time to figure out but serves the purpose I got it for. Works great. Graphics are old gen on newer games and pixelate on the edges. Bought mine months ago and I play 6-8 hrs a day and it's still going strong, which is more than I can say for the last tablet I bought which died in under a month.

Worked fine til it pissed my son off gee that tablet went flying and I screamed NOOOOOOO they should make the screen out of something less breakable when thrown

I had it a little over a week when it started shutting down randomly, resetting and once died completely after it showed 100% charged. The screen was awesome, showed great picture for the price and the space was great I was ablessed to download several high space apps before needing my SD card. If I could guarantee the whole software issue was resolved I'd totally try this product again. It came fast and on time in excellent condition .

Tablet definitely not as advertised not 16gb more like 9gb and it gets filled up fast with couple of apps no HDMI screen is OK sound is crap tablet runs very slow and internal storage is labeled as USB? Very strange hard to update when I'm running out of storage
