I was actually shopping for a face shield to use when doing small electronics repair and when I happen to be working with toxic chemicals. You can pay $35+ and you still just get an open-air piece of clear plastic hanging from a hardhat or even off the bill of a baseball cap. Meanwhile, here's this gem of a mask that is definitely stronger and allows me to breathe away from whatever fumes are in front of me... for $10! Deal!FYI: Before anyone comments about the hazards of inhaling toxic fumes with this mask, note that I do own a gas mask for when the situation gets that extreme. I wear this mask exclusively on occasions when a gas mask is overkill.I had to dock a star for the shipping though. This item is shipping in a padded envelope which does not protect it at all. The tip of the snorkel on the one I received had broken off in shipping. The little clips that hold it on were also broken. But it's nothing that a bit of super glue couldn't fix. Regardless, even if you have to charge a dollar more, these things should ship in an actual box.Otherwise, the fit and function are perfect for my landlubber needs.

I bought one for myself & I liked it, & my husband wanted one so I ordered from the same company. I read the reviews & saw a lot about people getting sent used products. Honestly I thought it was maybe them just wanting to use the item & return it...UNTIL MY HUSBAND WAS SENT A USED ONE! Gross! Wtf!!! Luckily we aren’t going on vacation until the end of May but seriously? There’s a ring of white around the face part & SAND in it! & the snorkel part has a broken clip. Lol. Wow. Glad I have time to return this & get something else. At least mine seems new...yikes!

Esta mascara es muy útil mi hija de 6 años le encanta la compre porque buscando mascaras para snorker la encontré y me pareció fantástico ya que mi hija esta aprendiendo a nadar y necesitaba que dejara de detener su nariz porque no se sentía segura y no podía hacerla nadar como le decía le daba miedo con la mascara se cree una sirena.Cabe mencionar que tuve problemas con la mascara le entraba el agua cuando miraba hacia abajo empezaba entrar el agua y se miraba y escuchaba claramente el agua entrar, lo use yo pensando que talvez no era su talla o que era lo que pasaba y no el mismo problema surgió conmigo, le mande mensaje y claramente me ayudaron al decirles lo ocurrido me mandaron otra mascara que al parecer a funcionado mucho mejor aun no lo uso yo porque mi hija lo ah traído eh notado agua pero no mucha pero creo realmente es porque mi hija se ah quitado la mascara dentro del agua y se la ah vuelto a poner mojada, yo la quiero usar un momento para ver como funciona, pero al verla muy contenta y no pidiendo ayuda porque se esta metiendo agua me tiene satisfecha solo la ah usado 2 veces cada vez alrededor de 1 hora así que cualquier cosa que pase lo haré saber.Pero el servicio al cliente tienen un 10 muy 👍Sigan así chicosPor supuesto que los recomiendo

Returned took them on vacation and the second day they where garbage. Leaked through the mouth part and was unable to use. Returned

What can I say? It got broken in 5 months: a clip holding snorkel broke and, now, it's useless.And there is no way to contact a seller.

These look great on paper and are generally easy to use, but the tube is too small to allow anything above normal, easy breathing. If you plan to use this to float around and look at stuff, it MIGHT be okay. Don’t try to actually swim with this on increasing your oxygen needs because you will definitely feel short of breath. I’m a very proficient swimmer and almost chucked this into the ocean when I tried to swim 100 yards back to shore and could feel how insufficient the airflow was. Please be careful. I would not trust my life with this item.

Although I'm still working on the straps to get it to be more comfortable, the difference is clear. This mask didn't fog up, it was easier to breathe and see, and I didn't ever have water come down the snorkel and surprise me.In fast, when I dove down to the bottom and returned to the surface I was able to immediately breathe normally - no water in the snorkel to deal with, and I didn't have to remove the mask at all to 'clear it'. That's a big improvement.

We had two of these face masks and a standard snorkel set up with us on our trip to Hawaii and we all fought over the full face ones. They are so much easier to use and the confidence level in these is much easier. Highly recommend!
