A Great Tablet at This Price Point
The media could not be loaded. The VK2200 arrived neatly packed and everything inside the box was nicely secured. There was minimal risk of any damage from shipping as all of the support and cushion inside the package was sturdy and reliable.Inside the actual package, you get the tablet itself, a microfiber cloth, 2 rechargeable pens and pen sleeves, 2 pen charging cables, HDMI to Mac converter, HDMI cable, a USB type A cable, the power adapter and cable, a pen holder, about 20 pen nibs, the nib remover, and 2 artist gloves.I like that they give you two pens and charging cables as you can use one while you charge the other one. From my experience with the pens, they seem to last a pretty long time before having to charge them again and they charge within an hour-ish. The pens themselves are very comfortable and have a nice weight to them, making it so that you can hold them comfortably for long periods of time. The tablet installation itself was pretty straightforward. You just need to plug in the HDMI cable and the USB cable into the tablet and into your computer, then you need to add the tablet as a separate display and then download the software. The user manual was also super helpful with instructions on installation. Since I’ve used a VEIKK product before, I already had the software installed so it was super convenient. The software is also pretty easy to navigate. I like that you can adjust the color temperatures for the tablet from inside the software to match your preferences. The tablet also has 6 customizable touch keys on the left side. I personally don’t use it much as I’m left handed, but they are fairly convenient and easy to use.The tablet itself is nice and slim and has this matte anti-glare finish. It also has this really nice and easy to adjust stand on the back that really allows you to get your ideal angle for drawing. The tablet weighs about 3.5kg and has a display area of about 475mm x 270mm. The tablet is super responsive and feels super nice to draw on.Overall, I think the VK2200 is a great product and has a lot of features many of its competitors lack. For example, compared to the Wacom Cintiq HD22, which is super bulky and outdated, the VK2200 is only a fraction of the price and is very slim, despite having similar quality screens and performance.

Good tablet. Very happy!
So, I had a bit of issues with this drawing tablet at first. I own a MacBook air, and the manual it comes with is mostly geared towards people who own a windows computer. But after emailing the company back and forth they answered all of my questions and gave me tips and tricks to connect it and I got it working on my MacBook!! They were very kind and respectful too. The Veikk 2200 sometimes it needs a bit of calibrating from time to time which doesn't bother me personally. The drawing tablet is beautiful and very professional looking. I love the built in stand the screen size it's a good tablet for a Beginner such as myself. Beware it's not the best to use on Photoshop or Adobe illustrator. I got Medibang (which is free and I recommend) and it works fine!I recommend it for the price!

Good for the money but...
For comparison, I have frequently used two generation of Cintiq, iPad Pro 12.9 (with pen), Surface Book 2 (with pen), and other similar drawing tablets.GOOD:Let me start by saying the screen itself isn't bad, and for the money it's actually pretty good.Color range and reproduction is actually pretty good. Wide gamut.Contrasty but the range is not great especially when viewing angle is off.NEEDS WORK:- Viewing angle is terrible. If you're not dead-center, color cast everywhere + contrast changes dramatically.- Brightness adjustment is very poor. This monitor is VERY BRIGHT no matter what you do. I must turn the lights up in my office super bright or else I feel like I'm cooking my eye balls.- Software is terrible. Pen calibration is needed every time I put my computer to sleep/hibernate/restart.- Parallax with the pen is a little worse than other similar technology but not bad. Acceptable when calibrated (but you have to calibrate ALL THE TIME and it gets old).- Pen Pressure Sensitivity IS NOT 8192. It's more like 82. More on this later.- Touch buttons are inconveniently placed, I find I don't even use them, but they do work.Pen Pressure -- When I do my tests, I find there is a range of pressure values between 0 and 8192 as stated. However the minimum value change per level is approximately 100. So it's really 82 levels of pressure. Not great at all. It works for things like using pressure to control brush size, but not good for using pressure to control opacity or other visual values.CONCLUSION:For the money, I decided to keep mine. As a monitor it's pretty good as long as your viewing angle is absolutely center. When using the pen, just be mindful of what the pressure is good for. Be prepared to calibrate daily.

Not what I expected.
Got this pen display because the size, form factor, and specs. Sadly, the driver does not do this product justice. I've had a wacom 22hd before and thought this would be a nice smaller/cheaper replacement. It was definitely smaller and more compact, but getting it to extend my laptop display was a nightmare. In addition, anytime you unplug the cords from your laptop or reset your laptop you will have to recalibrate the pen. There were to many issues just trying to use the tablet that just added more time to a process I consider to be relaxing. It is a budget tablet, but not an ideal one for me.
