I am very pleased with the quality of this kit. It has renewed my motivation to keep my body in better shape. I'm not a body builder. I have worked at a desk most of my life and found that the deterioration of my upper body's muscles caused some painful things to happen in my neck and shoulders. I was introduced to resistance bands when I was sent to the physical therapists office. Very compact - so it will be easy to take along if I travel. This set replaces a product that broke when the band pulled out of the handle and snapped to the floor, just missing my leg. The carabiner rings on this set looks very sturdy. In fact, all the parts seem sturdy and well-made. I just used one of the bands for the first time and I was very happy with it. I like how they are labeled with the #lbs. of resistance, so one can increase the effort over time.

I bought these for the price point. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The pieces are woven together so when you pull them I do not feel that they are unsafe or that I will get smacked in the face with them. The ankle straps work well for leg day. These came wrapped tight so I put them in bag provided and put them in my suite case for hotels that do not have much weights. Overall a great product.

1st off you get 5 bands of different weight ratings, most sets I found only give 4 unless you get into the $50 range. These state that they are unbreakable, I'm not sure if that is true and I will surely be testing that statement because I use the door strap and run the bands through the loop instead of clipping to it, in order to have it equal for both arms.The foam grips aren't of the best quality and I see them wearing out the quickest but maybe some grip tape as a replacement would work. I also wish the weight labels were on both ends, at least in my case it would be easier to distinguish the correct band. The ankle straps seem to be of pretty good quality, as do the carabineers, the end caps and the ends.I like them so much I got another set for my Daughter.

I love these. They're sturdy, variable, and so easy to use (thanks for the guides!) it's insane. My whole family loves this set and my mom will be buying one when I move back to college. I live across campus far away from our gym, so during the winter months I'm so excited to have a way to work my muscles at home!Easy to work in even a dozen reps at work or for a study break since they're so portable. And because of the warranty, I'm not afraid to go hard on these things!

I bought these to boost my home workout options [having previously purchased a set of mini-bands without realizing the difference] and have been really impressed so far. They're strong and durable, the tension feels really reliable, and the accessories are great. I haven't worked out with bands until now but I'm really impressed with the pump you can get with such concentrated tension and adjustable levels of resistance, and with the versatility -- I was able to figure out multiple exercises for each muscle group resulting in a great full body workout.
