I tried my new mouthpiece for two nights so far and it did reduce my snore a lot if not completely.
I suffer from extremely swollen turbenates as well as I have a severe deviated septum. The septum prevents me from getting the device all the way up my nose however it does open the nostrils and helps suppress the swollen turbinates. Before I got these I could barley and sometimes not breath through my nose at all, now I can take a deep breath through my nose!!! I prefer the over sized ones in my nose because it suppresses the turbinates more. They silicone ones are flexible and comfortable and a winch to clean. The net ones are a bit harder and maintain their shape and do not work with the deviated septum. The set has many sizes that fit the nostrils perfectly if you prefer that and there is also a storage container. My husband said I barley snored at all last night and I am a big snorer lol.

Perfect wallet!
I was looking for a small-ish wallet that could hold cash, coins, and a ton of cards (credit cards, insurance, store rewards cards, etc) and this wallet is perfect!On the front is a clear window for your ID. However, if you don't want your ID visible, there is a second slot right behind it. If you put your ID in the second slot it will not show through the window. I actually put my most-used credit card here so I can quickly grab it without opening the wallet.The accordion section has room for 9 standard sized cards, plus space in front and behind for cash (folded) or extra cards. The cards fit very tightly in the 9 accordion slots so they shouldn't fall out when you open the wallet -- although this also means you won't be able to fit multiple cards in one slot.On top is a zipper to a large open compartment. This compartment is perfect for extra cards that don't fit in the accordion, folded cash, or other items like receipts or even a small keychain.On the back is a second zippered pocket, and inside this pocket is an attached keyring. I use this pocket for loose change and removed the keyring.The wallet also comes with a removable wrist strap, and a small leather card holder that can hold an ID card on one side and two cards on the back. This card holder is not attached to the wallet in any way and just slips inside the larger zippered pocket. I personally don't think I'll use it, but it is small enough to slip in your pocket if you only need a few cards.I ordered the blue color which is a bit more of an aqua blue in real life -- prettier than I expected! It would be nice if this wallet came in as many color choices as WalletBe's other women's wallets though. The leather seems nice and soft.Overall a great wallet!

The item came with in 6 days of purchase from Poland shipped via FedEx!!! Absolutely beautiful just like on the picture but instructions are too poor and small in print so I am giving 5 stars only because it is just as described beautiful. PROBLEM is with assembly does not match instructions so the most important Assembly "M"x4 is a disaster to put together and that is what controls those doors. I Wrote to the company to replace those because none of them properly installed with extra holes now in my new cabinet. Still waiting for the company to respond and will report as they do.
