Worked great for electromagnet science experiment
This worked great for a home-made electromagnet experiment. It's a wire coated in enamel for insulation. Remember to sand off the ends in order to connect to the rest of the circuit.

Radio back again
I bought the wire to rewrap a transformer that went bad on a radio that stopped working. Rewired and working once again. Thanks

Not solderable
The coating on this is not meltable with solder. I held hot solder to it for a minute and the coating stayed in tact. What solder stuck was easily scraped off with a fingernail. Completely useless for my needs.

Helpful on conducting electricity
