Moov NOW HR SWEAT Bundle - AI Fitness Trainer and Heart Rate Monitor - Swim, Run, Cycle, Cardio Boxing, HIIT - Stealth Black

I believe mine must be defective. I bought this device because it only needs charged in a matter of months vs. days like some other designs/brands. However, now, after owning it for a few months and needing to really charge it since I first got it, it won't hold a charge. And if course, I've had it long enough that the return window has passed. Waste of time and money.I will say on the positive side it was fantastic until this issue began.

Although the item states that it is a bundle, it is only the Moov HR sweat. Very disappointing. However I have reached out to customer support and they fixed this problem quickly.

I bought this for swimming, the HR monitoring needs to be carefully positioned in order for it to work as intended. Good for all activities.

I received two fitness trackers in the box. I ordered one fitness tracker and one hart rate monitor. I need you to send the hart rate monitor ASAP.

I recieved only the Moov HR sweat, not the Moov Now. The qualities of the product is thus not reviewed.
